Heather, the owner, posted in a Facebook group looking for floral help back in October. I came in multiple days and built several floral arrangements and bouquets for them. This review is for the company's venue, Bullock Springs Manor Not a client of Bullock Springs Manor and don't know that I ever would be based on the level of responsiveness from this place. In June of 2024, the venue had a leak in an outdoor pipe that flooded my backyard. After a full day of trying to get a response via phone and email with no luck, I finally got someone to respond to me on Facebook. Our wedding was last month & Che'ne Rouge was Simply Perfection & Absolutely Beautiful!!! Of course, we hoped that our wedding would go well, but it felt as though they went above and beyond for us! I just had my wedding last month and Alecia, Abby, and Michael were an incredibly compassionate hard-working team. They truly want your wedding day to be special for the people they serve and it was evident in every communication. After 2 weeks it is now time to share the details of my son's April 22nd wedding Alicia, the wedding coordinator was absolutely wonderful, as was all of her staff. The DJ provided by h&a as well as the bartender were excellent. All staff was polite and helpful and did everything required in a timely manner.
