Shay is amazing! She always greets you with a smile and makes your experience very relaxing. I got a hot stone massage yesterday, and it was everything my body needed. Shay listens and customizes the massage for your needs. I have a history of frozen shoulder, and she helped me a lot with my combo deep tissue/medical massage. Highly recommend Shay and HA massage. 👍

She is professional and cognizant of modesty when she needs to, yet addresses all the areas a quality massage needs to get to. She allows you to relax quietly, yet responds and talks if you prefer.
