My mother and I love this place, we go frequently and the food is always delicious and beautifully prepared. Henry has become our favorite and often makes recommends what we should try next.

An average dining experience, where nothing stands out in particular. The pho provided a generous portion of noodles, but was a little light on the meat. Also, the broth was on the bland side. Prices are on par with what you'd expect in the area. Ha Long Bistro is not a bad restaurant. But honestly, with so many good Vietnamese restaurants in the immediate vicinity, you'd be better off at any of the other ones.
So far it's very good Vietnamese food around, I was here a few times it was called "Vinh's" the foods are truly authentic Vietnamese food. I would come back here again :)
