The restaurant founders have previously owned Pak Inn Restaurant and Shangri-La Asian Cuisine in the desert as well.The menu is very large with food items from all over china and parts of Asia. This is the newest and best chinese food in the desert. Although the chinese restaurant is located in Coachella, you can easily have chinese eat-in or chinese take-out from La Quinta, Indio, Palm Desert and Indian Wells. I would venture to say it would be worth a drive for good chinese food anywhere in the Palm Springs area. The food was truly authentic and the menu was quite massive.
