They ripe you off on shipping. They do not disclose the shipping cost until after they send you the invoice and say it is shipped. Thieves. IMO they do this on purpose to increase their profits. What a sad way to do a business.
Just called to ask if there was someone that could help me with a gas spring with dampers in it to slow down the extension. I was told no one was there that would know about that but I could fill out a form and they would reach out. Whoever that was on the phone was so not interested in helping me. Embarassing.
I order some specialized hardware from Guden (Camloc cam-stays). I was incredibly annoyed with Guden's order flow process. Guden doesn't provide estimated shipping costs until after you submit your order and they process it, so you're kind of at the mercy of whatever shipping costs they tally up after you click all of the "I acknowledge" and "I agree" boxes....
