Fair price for propane tank fill ups
No return call after our initial call to your the office to set up service. The inability to provide us with the second tank we requested. The gouge pricing of propane gas to a new customer. The refusal to provide service to connect new gas appliances. And the comment that based on the prior owner’s use of propane at our location, was evidence that customer service is not a priority at H A George.
We have been customers of H.A. George for 24 years. People ask why we stay with them when we may be able to get our propane for a less expensive price somewhere else. We might be able to save a little on a propane delivery, but when we need service who are we going to call to come out during the night to fix our hot water tank? Who are we going to call in an emergency when our grandsons had an accident with the underground gas tank, or who our we going to call on New Year's Eve for no heat with our furnace?
