There's only 1 phone number for this clinic of 2 different doctors....the main # goes to Dr. Nueygen and those at the front desk hangs up on callers Or puts the call on hold until it goes off. So unprofessional.
Dr do is good but the staff is lazy they lost my authorization forms I completed for them to get my kids shot records then told me to call around to their old doctors to get their shot records and then bring it to them! Why should I have to do a job they are paid to do?
Staff needs training
Dr. Ha Do is an AMAZING DOCTOR—extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She takes the time to truly listen and address all our concerns, and for that, I would give her 100 STARS if I could. However, the front desk staff's attitude has been disappointing. They are often unresponsive and come across as if patients are bothering them, which makes the experience feel unwelcoming. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The front desk staff is absolutely useless—rude and completely disorganized. It's like they don't even want to be there, and honestly, I don’t blame them because I wouldn't want to work in such a chaotic environment either. I was promised that my medical transcription would be sent to CVS, but guess what? It never happened! I tried calling the office multiple times, and they never picked up.
