So my wife and I were driving across country from California to a family reunion in New York when our F-150's engine shut down south of Norristown on highway 202 in the afternoon... on a Friday. Yikes! A tow from AAA got us to H&A Auto Repair. The place was packed with vehicles and we figured that we would be lucky to get the truck diagnosed by the end of the day. Peter worked with me for a year on getting my 2006 mercedes diagnosed for timing issues under warranty. it went in to the shop in Dec 2023. AFTER MONTHS of constantly dodging or hanging up on my calls Pete tells me that the diagnostics I paid $1000 out of pocket for will be done in mid Sept. I took my son's car to H&A because of a transmission problem. H&A fixed the problem quickly and got him back on the road for a very reasonable price. This was my first experience with this garage. I will be bringing my cars here from now on.
