I brought my Escalade to HA Auto in Burnsville in February 2026 for brake work and had an experience that was completely unacceptable. While my vehicle was supposed to be in the shop’s care, I saw an unfamiliar woman driving it. Guys stay Away for this shop. He lied a lot and also he take your money in advance.!! Also he keep your car for weeks He paint my front pumper and then when I come back, I see part missing from my pumper. When I tell him what happened he say I will order it next Friday

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOK. HE HAD MY CAR FOR 10 DAYS AND EVERY TIME I CALL HE TOLD ME IT WILL BE READY TOMORROW. AFTER 10 DAYS,HE SAID CAME TAKE YOUR CAR I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. HE IS VERY UNETHICAL AND HE SHOULD NOT BE OPERATING BUSINESS LIKE THIS.
