This is one of the BEST salons I’ve ever been to. Everything from the staff to the treatments /products were amazing! I came to this salon and my hair was very damaged and let’s not get into my scalp. (I provided before and after pictures of my scalp) During my visit I did the Japanese Head Spa massage and it was very relaxing! I definitely recommend it 10/10! I am an experienced Japanese Hair Spa traveler client. I have today more than 12. I have done many throughout Asia, Europe and Middle East. This was my first one in the USA. I give it a 3 since Hair tech wasn’t too experienced in doing as many at the time of my visit. Though she was very kind, the treatment was a level 2 compared to what, how and cost of treatment. Came here to get my hair washed and get a blowout. Keep in mind I get my hair washed and blow out on a weekly basis so I know what my hair can handle in terms of volume and curl. My last stylist had left the original salon I went to so I needed to look for another salon. First the wash - I constantly had to wipe my face bc she kept getting water on it (way more than stylist would get on their clients face).
