I needed to order a new pair of shoes for my boat, so I called H2row directly and reached Ron directly. He made a suggestion on a different shoe than I was looking at, which turned out to be the right choice. In addition, he also saved me money and I had the shoes in 2 days! When one of the shoes had an issue after a few rows, I again reached out to H2row by email (after business hours) explaining my problem.
