Outstanding group of people great customer service and excellent product knowledge.
The folks here are good people (Esp. Marla). They're down-to-Earth, and have a good understanding of the following Zurn Products (Drains, Flush Valves, Trench Drain, Faucets). I'm sure they are busy, but they could try harder in the following areas: Professionalism, Follow-Thru and Follow-Up, Product knowledge (All products except the above-listed Zurn) and they could benefit greatly from some general "basics of running a business and how to keep your customers happy while turning a profit" training and/or courses.
