Great customer service and experienced technicians!
Very professional and courteous business from the office on down to the laborers. They did a fantastic job in assessing my lawn sprinkler needs, and drawing up a plan of action. They even called me with an earlier opening than the original scheduled date to do the job. They were prompt and did a pretty entailed job, moving many heads, changing out different sprinkler types, calibration of the heads, and setting up the control panel for the correct times and lengths of watering. So very disappointed with the way the office manager/wife has treated us. My husband and I have been loyal customers of h2orx for several years. Kyle and his team have always been a pleasure to deal with and have always explained what they were doing or needed to be done. We have had the maintenance program for several years as well.
