Yes, They look professional with there painted trucks. However, after I set up an appointment for my evaluation on my sprinkler system this is what followed when they showed up. The owner did a walk through the yard with me and said you need a new controller and several sprinkler heads replaced due to not rising or not retracting back into the ground. His evaluation was $2667.00 for the repairs with risers in the backyard as well. I agreed and took a picture of his spread sheet because he told me he couldn’t email it to me.T... read more
My career is in sales and I would never talk to a customer the way Kyle Jensen spoke to me. Total lack of Customer Service skills, Unprofessional & Condescending. During the inspection, it was continuous insults - from my water pressure to the water meter at the street. When the inspection quote was way over $1k to replace sprinkler heads, repair a drip line leak, cap unnessary heads, I told him that I wasn't paying that & it was not in my budget. Good service fair price - helped me located a box for free just to be nice after I told him generally where it was. Helped me get system up and running after was previously told it would be 1700$ to rewire whole system. Didn’t need full rewire.
Raul Alvarado and team were great! They updated the sprinkler system, reviewed work completed in a timely manor. Very nice team!
