Big shoutout to the deer park team! Deena (sp?) and Seth were incredible to work with and Brian made sure he found some time to help. Deena was quick to offer a local potable water guy who was fast and reasonably priced. She was very sympathetic to my situation and I’m so grateful. SETH- talk about a hero. He was so knowledgeable while troubleshooting my issue. He explained things to me and really just went above and beyond. Pump quit on us on a Saturday morning. We have automatic water troughs for our horses so waiting until Monday was not an option. Andrew from H2o responded and found the wiring issue in the pump house. Thank God it wasn't the pump. Thank you for the quick response on a Saturday. The bill didn't break the bank and he was kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend H2o for your pump and we'll service.
H2O Well Service was great to work with. Dallas got right on the bid for a well and then came to the site for on sight evaluation. He was a wealth of knowledge. He kept in touch with us while we made our decision and even gave additional ideas to help with the process. We were in the process of selling our property and the buyers ended up not needing a well in order to purchase so we did not move forward but we would have gone with H2O. Wes from h2o came out and helped diagnose and give us a quote he walked us through what everything could be and got us set up to have what we needed fixed the very next day. Jacob and Austin were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They had been working a lot due to Spokane fires and still came out to get our water going. We were extremely pleased with H2Os quick response to schedule an appointment with us. Our problem was identified and fixed in just over an hour. Big gracious thank you for your professional approach to our needs. We waited 2 wks for another company and they ghosted us. There’s still quality companies out there like H2O.
