I can’t say enough good things about H2O Well Service. They handled every aspect of our well project, starting with the original drilling and continuing through final hookups after construction. Throughout the entire process they were knowledgeable, responsive, and extremely professional. They have come out multiple times to help us — including once when I accidentally left a hydrant on in the middle of winter and the line froze, cutting off our water source. H2O came and replaced my pump wire, control panel and pressure tank all within a half a day. Brandenn and Seth were very professional and explained everything to my understanding. I highly recommend calling the service manager Zach and talk to him about all your water needs!
Best work around, they do their absolute best to pick the right system for you!! Very communicative and upfront. these pump systems are worth the price and so is the quality of work! the best I have ever seen. they do well drilling, pump system installs, rehab on wells, water reservoirs and filtration. and they get it done fast ! customer service is excellent and the quality of work is great. they give a free accurate estimate !
Jacob came to fix my well pump problem. He isolated the issue quickly and fixed it properly. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He is also a great communicator. He told me all the things to look out for and gave me great advice on preventative maintenance strategies.
Forrest came the day after we called. He was very knowledgeable and helped us understand what we needed to do yearly for maintenance and fixed our water pressure issue. Would definitely recommend them to anyone !
