I can’t say enough good things about H2O Well Service. They handled every aspect of our well project, starting with the original drilling and continuing through final hookups after construction. Throughout the entire process they were knowledgeable, responsive, and extremely professional. Contacted H20 when I needed to replace my well pump. They were able to quickly solve the problem with a new pump at 400' down. Price was reasonable and the service was great. I will definitely use them in the future and am looking to either deepen the well or clean and treat the sides for better flow. I can recommend them to others for their water needs.
Extremely responsive for my customer service needs when I was without water. I worked with four different people from manager to field workers and billing. All were high quality, good people. They also immediately warrantied a new pump failure.
The good folks at H2O Well Service have taken care of our well and cistern pumps for over twelve years now and have always been very prompt and courteous. They go out of their way to make sure we get warranty coverage when possible, and their prices are fair. Ten years ago they switched our cistern pump over to a variable frequency drive controller, which has been a great investment.
We used H20 for our well and it was absolutely a great experience. The team in the office was well informed and prompt when I asked questions. I felt like they gave me the full picture on what to expect throughout the process. The guys on site were friendly and diligent. We appreciated the entire experience from start to finish.
