Such a disgusting people charged me $710 without my permission for what ? This people are scam everyday should aware of these company ! They didn’t fix ice machine they and we bought brand new machine and even so they charged me $710 ! You guys need to refund my money !!!!
Asked them to fix a leak at my house. Charged $630 for them to tell me they didn't fix my problem after attempting to re-plumb and that it would be $3,000 or more to replace my unit. Got a second opinion, he fixed it in 5 minutes. They are now non-responsive and unwilling to compromise with me.
Clean drinking water is essential to good health. I was using H2o water delivery for 16 plus years of great service. Then I canceled this service to save a few bucks by filtering my tap water with a charcoal system. I got sick from contaminated water. So when I called H2o they came out right away with bottled water. They are good people! They are clean water.
Chris won’t call you back! I was about to spend $3800 on an ice machine and service! What kind of service would I get?
