Girl at the check in window has no manners to be in that position. She's rude to customers not just me , also this is our 2nd time renting and both times our boat didnt run good.. i told them both times that the boat didn't run right and they just act like they didn't listen . also the boat not running right makes it burn more gas , they charged me $59 extra they said we used 8 gallons i own a boat and there's just no way to burn that much gas in 2 hours , but that just tells you how bad our boat was running it quit on us mu... read more
As always Smokey Mountain H2O took great care of us! Customer service is great, and their boats are always top notch. Great Crew!
Loved it! Well run, solid equipment, awesome people. Super busy the day we went. Everything went smooth as can be. Will be back in about 3 weeks.
