Was over from the island and called to see if they had a cover for my 15year old H2O Banff spa. Spoke to Mark. He was excellent and more than accommodating. They had my cover in stock and worked with me on colour choices. Mark had it all set and ready to go to grab quickly on the way back to the ferry. Excellent service. Thanks.
We put a lot of research into what makes a quality hot tub and the h2o checked all the boxes for us. We chose the Radium and love its deep well design and that the lounger actually fits a 6’2” tall guy. We live in a remote location and appreciate that Mark did an extra long wet test to ensure we wouldn’t have any problems. It’s only been a month since we got it, but so far we are very happy with it.
I purchased my Radium hottub from H2O back in 2005. It has been running pretty much issue free 24/7/365 for the last 20 years. I couldnt be happier with the product!! In all that time I've only needed to replace the heating element twice, which is phenomenal considering the usage it gets. Whether its chemicals or the ocassional new cover for it, the service I've received from Mark (or Jeff originally) has been next level top-tier. I've recommend H2O to friends over the years and I know they are just as happy with their tubs ... read more
