Dan was prompt, efficient, and very polite. Yes, Dan was great
We built a grill enclosure on our patio and needed to have the gas line extended to the enclosure. Brian and Nick went to work and designed the job and completed the hook up - all up to code. While here, we had them also service our hot water heater with a flush and new anode rod. Terrific job by H2O Pros! Thank you!
Prompt, courteous. Answered all of my questions.
Brian from H2O is amazing he was so nice and patient with me when we needed to have the floor replaced under our hot water. He was out the very next day and was in and out!! Very friendly with my family and kids who loved just staring at him at watching him work! (He’s 1 year old) lol will always go back to them for any service I need, they never steered me wrong!
