The only thing this company does is come out with the intent of redesign your whole pool. They didn't have the experience to fix my pump.
Lots of excuses when the company doesn’t provide adequate service. Techs changing timer on pool to run during peak hours and denied it. When finally admitting, didn’t do anything to make it right. Talks down about pool knowledge and seems to have a new tech training every single week. Puts parts in without talking to customers as well. Communication and accountability are why this review is 1 star. If I could leave less than a star, I would.
Very professional, and reliable.
I just talked with Steve at h2o and he told me "customer service is not our business!" Need I say more?
