OMG! This was absolutely the WORST pool service I EVER contracted!!! I swapped services just before leaving for 2 months... came home to a disaster! Vacuum leaf cannister TOTALLY full of slimy weeks old garbage, pump basket NEVER emptied, gunky slime at the water line (service was supposed to include water line tile brushing), a free choline level over 8!, and a matching pH over 8! Called in to help diagnose an issue with my Pentair Chlorinator. Was very helpful with tips over the phone!
They have always been on time and communicated any issues with the pool equipment when needed. They do a great job keeping my pool looking great and I have never had any issues with them cleaning the pool. They are always there when they say they will be. They are responsive to any questions and always seemed honest. I would highly recommend this company.
Excellent service! Prompt and high level of competency
Outstanding repair service! Steve came over to look at my sta rite heater and was able to repair a leak on it for me. He provided me with a relatively small window for my appointment so I wouldn't be waiting all day and actually arrived early! He presented me with all possible options for fixing my heater's declining performance and was friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing was fair and there was no upselling.
