Very efficient! Serviceman arrived promptly and I was impressed that the time frame was just two hours instead of the usual four hour window most companies give you. Definitely will use H2O again and will recommend to others.

Original appointment was scheduled on a Friday. The technician wasn't able to make it on time, so it was rescheduled later that same day. The technician never made it on Friday. They offered us a $50 discount due to the inconvenience. We were told that they may be able to come on Saturday, but we had to reach out Monday morning to get someone to come out to the house.
