My appointment time was scheduled within a couple days. The technician was professional and courteous. He explained everything that needed to be done and the cost before the work was done. I felt like the technician not only fixed the problem but considered future issues as well. Great pricing and excellent work. Very grateful! Will definitely be calling for any future plumbing needs!

H2O was on the job in a timely manner in the time frame they said they would be. They fixed waht needed to be fixed and left their work space clean. Their pricing was very fair. I will use them again!
Excellent experience. The person that came out worked until he fixed the problem and was polite. I was charged what was quoted. They had someone come out within hours of my call even though it wasn't an emergency. They have always been friendly and helpful to have me not spend anything extra.
