My appointment time was scheduled within a couple days. The technician was professional and courteous. He explained everything that needed to be done and the cost before the work was done. I felt like the technician not only fixed the problem but considered future issues as well. Great pricing and excellent work. Very grateful! Excellent experience. The person that came out worked until he fixed the problem and was polite. I was charged what was quoted. They had someone come out within hours of my call even though it wasn't an emergency. They have always been friendly and helpful to have me not spend anything extra.

We had our water softener replaced by Nolan Barker. He did a great job for us and was very professional. He explained everything and let us know what the cost would be. After we bought the water softener he installmed it and let us know how to maintain it for the best results. We are happy with our sevice.
