I called the shop today, but their repair price was unacceptable. When I asked them to lower it, they informed me that they didn’t want to repair my boat at all. This is not how the business operates, and he said that while the place I’m from might allow for negotiation, it wouldn’t be possible here. Based on my accent, he decided that I wouldn’t be a good customer for him.
Brandon at H2O Services responded quickly and took the time to understand the issue with my boat trailer. He was able to guide me through fixing it myself without needing a shop visit. I really appreciate his honesty and help—he’s earned my trust, and I’ll definitely be using him for future boat repairs.
