I had my boat here for a repair. They had it for weeks. They never fixed anything. The boat was trashed from being left in the rain and covered in leaves and debris. They charged me several hundred dollars. I could have left it parked on the street and saved myself some money.
These guys are the most intuitive, responsive & knowlegable marine techs ive found in a long time ( im on my 9th boat) Tried several other shops around the area that couldnt even do a quality oil change or even show up before finding H20 marine. The fact that the owner is an experienced ship captain is a nice added touch as i may move my boat to the coast and has offered to coach me and prepare my boat for it. Definately recommend these guys.
Brandon is a stand up guy! He got me out of a pinch and seems very trustworthy, which is definitely what you want in any mechanic, but especially a boat mechanic. He has a great team as well. Recommend them 1000%. 👌
I called the shop today, but their repair price was unacceptable. When I asked them to lower it, they informed me that they didn’t want to repair my boat at all. This is not how the business operates, and he said that while the place I’m from might allow for negotiation, it wouldn’t be possible here. Based on my accent, he decided that I wouldn’t be a good customer for him.
Brandon at H2O Services responded quickly and took the time to understand the issue with my boat trailer. He was able to guide me through fixing it myself without needing a shop visit. I really appreciate his honesty and help—he’s earned my trust, and I’ll definitely be using him for future boat repairs.
