Artis was great!!
One of their technicians told my widowed sister that her entire heat pump needed replacing for $12,000.00 and pressured her to putting down a payment on it. I found out and encouraged her to get a second opinion. She did. The other company repaired it for a fraction of the cost and told her it did not need replacing. It then took her many calls and several weeks to get her down payment back. Will never use them again. It’s been working just fine for over a year now since this happened.
The installation of the new faucet was done well, no complaints. It was more costly than I assumed and I will get pricing from others in the future.
Glenn did an excellent job very explanatory very informative. I would definitely recommend him to anybody.
