Curtis was very knowledgeable and fixed small things he saw, humidifier turned off, door on furnace loose, repaired that.
A wonderful experience. The technician was polite and when he didn't have the filter size for my unit, he came back later and brought me some. He didn't have to do that and I appreciate it.
Technician was polite and explained every step of the inspection that he was completing. He let me know that one of the boards on my outside unit had burned out and needs to be replaced. He emailed me the cost to have the board replaced. He also answered questions about having my air ducts cleaned.
Ahmad was very knowledgeable and helpful. He programmed my thermostat for me in addition to the routine maintenance tasks. I was thankful for his cheerful assistance.
