They are one of the most honest and educated companies in our area. They also work alongside/troubleshoot for other irrigation companies to satisfy all customers needs.
Unprofessional, charged me for a repair but it was never fixed. I was left with a leaking drip zone, loosing water. When I called I got runaround from the office. They just did not feel as they have any responsibility to their customer. Response to the owner who stated my review did not provide a full picture. We have a homeowners association with an irrigation system that has been in need of improvements. H2O has come on board and with their knowledge and suggestions we are getting there. H2O understands that we need to work within our budget and is very helpful in that respect. Communication with the onsite technicians and with the office is very good. With their help we will get our system to where it should be.
