Amazing experience. I was going to a different head spa in Burlingame but I was looking for something a bit different so I wanted to try this place. Amazing service, staff was so nice and very thorough in explaining every step during my appointment. Love the variety of services. Will definitely come again.
Visited H2O Head Care with my mom for the first time, and we both loved it! It's a fantastic place to relax. You not only get a massage but also a scalp checkup, and they offer the right treatment based on your results. We’re definitely coming back and highly recommend everyone to visit. Plus, they offer a 20% discount!!
Terrible service, wouldn’t recommend. I got the expert package which was supposed to include a body massage and a facial in addition to the hair care service. As someone who gets massages regularly at other places around the bay for chronic pain, I was excited for this experience. Unfortunately none of the staff is trained on body massages at all. Eva was so wonderful during my appointment! I had to reschedule due to work and they were very understanding. She asked me a few questions about my scalp before recommending the Chinese herbal special due to the scalp itchiness I told her about. She gave me a full body massage and looked at my scalp up close on their microscope camera. She showed me the buildup she was talking about and the parts of my scalp that didn't have as much buildup. I came in for a deep clean scalp treatment because I had a massive buildup of dandruff from postpartum hormones and was seen by Nina. I left feeling so much lighter and wished I came by sooner because my itching was pretty intense prior to visiting. My treatment included a light massage, and I was able to see the before and after views from the camera scope. Highly recommend!
