Used to Be Good, Now a Total Letdown I booked HO2Flot a week in advance for a special celebration. They took my credit card, confirmed everything, and then out of nowhere canceled on me without any explanation. I never canceled, and they never gave a reason. I was able to book a next day appointment with the therapist of my choice. Overall vibes are fantastic as is the reception staff. My massage was 10/10.
Twice I have been there now and twice they have played the wrong music in the tank. The latest time I went, it smelled pretty funky in there. I'll be trying somewhere else next time. Do better!
Just did a tandem float at H2O Float Studio. The experience is wonderful and completely relaxing, especially to enjoy with someone special. The facility is extremely clean and the staff are very professional. Note that the booking doesn't show your preferred theme so make sure to let the front desk know which theme you would like. Otherwise, it's an experience you just try. Highly recommended. We will be back.
It was our first experience with float therapy....it was amazing...feeling relaxed.
