They refuse to cover warranty issues on projects they worked on. They must not be doing well financially.
Got quoted $225 for a full system inspection. When the techs arrived, before they got started I explained to the techs that I wanted a float valve replaced and explained in detail what needed to be done. They took several pictured and said they would provide a quote and then left. No system check was done. No alarm check was done. No pump check was done. No flow check was done.
