water looks clear and clean of algae , maybe the best it has looked. I know you worked on lights. but they are not working again
Quality came through in a team that installed a pump made for our size pond. Glad to have found this business.
From the initial phone call, to the review and estimate of the job, to the completion, the team was professional. I am pleased with the outcome of installing a new pump, water basin and updating the water feature.
We thought the quality of services we received varied with a couple being very good. The clean out of our water feature was not the quality/didn't include the degree of cleaning we expected from reading the website, and no one seemed to care that in 2 days, it didn't look like they had cleaned anything, or that the chemicals they left with us for maintenance said not to use if plants were in the water and toxic to birds, We had talked about wanting wildlife-safe options before the work.
Andrew and Isaiah did a great job! Both are PhD's -- Professional, Hard-working, and Dedicated!
