Had to cancel our rental, would not refund down deposit. Must be desperate to get business, I would not rent from this place.
Rented a Yamaha Waverunner from these guys for the first time this past weekend. First time with them and renting a PWC. Basically we were newbies on doing all of this. They were very informative when we went to pick it up. Very professional. We had a blast with it on a family camping trip. Will definitely be using them again next summer. Good prices and weekends are from 2pm Friday till 12pm Monday. Excellent deal!! Thanks again H20!
For the past three years we have rented Waverunner jet skis from H2O Craft and every experience has been amazing ! Not only do the jet skis run great but the employees are super laid back and helpful . They go through everything you need to know in a way you can understand if your not experienced . They are also a company all about giving you the best deal ! Our family will defiantly continue to rent from them :)
I've now rented 3 boats and 2 waverunners over 14 months from H2O Craft. Yorgo and his team are friendly, helpful, and respectful. One rental boat did have a problem with the starter on the evening of Day 1 of the rental, and Yorgo sent someone on a long drive to fix it. He arrived at 9pm and worked until very late and fixed it. They did not nickel and dime me for some dock scuffs that did take some time for them to buff out.
