Rich left our family with a huge problem! We hired him for an addition and he left us with a leaky roof that was poorly and cheaply done, water damage and MOLD!! The mold caused asthma in our three year old. The city actually came back and pulled the permit due to the roof not being to code and he will not fix it. We wanted a deck built in front of our cedar hot tub and after looking for a contractor to build the deck, we hired H2O Construction located in Santa Clarita. Rich and his team completed the deck in two days. Nearing the end of the project I wanted trim to cover the end of the planks but nothing was commercially available that would look good.
