I made an appointment for a estimate. Upon arrival the sales lady told me that they would not discuss it with me because my husband was not here. They said they do not do business with JUST the wives. I am completely and totally appalled. She informed me that it was MANDATORY for my husband to be here because they don’t believe in the woman making the decision alone. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!??? We had it since last 6 years and today all of a sudden it blasted. The garage was under water. Kind of a scary experience when we saw the water with the inside charcoal all over the place. There must be a lot of damage what we are not aware of now.

Today marks the 5th week since our H2O Concepts system was installed. Our home is in Prescott, AZ where the water is quite hard. We moved into this home about 5 years ago. The home is about twenty years old and had never had a water softener or filtration system.
