I got the unlimited monthly car wash package as a gift for my dad, and it’s been a great choice! The service is fantastic—cars come out spotless, and the free vacuums and compressed air at both the Hanover Park and Itasca locations are a big plus. There was a minor billing issue that I didn’t catch right away, but the owner handled it quickly and professionally. I really appreciated the prompt resolution. Overall, great experience and a great gift—highly recommend!
The car wash doesn’t have good working vacuum cleaners, the car comes out very wet when done even though it supposedly passes through the spray dryer, not satisfied with the wash and I’m trying to cancel my membership but can’t get in contact with anyone, terrible customer service
