Recently had a shower enclosure fitted by Tyler. Great service and a very tidy job.
Nice people and pleasant to have working in the house but that's it!! The plumbing and basic fitting seemed fine and they went to some effort to redirect a soil pipe that was threatening to ruin the design BUT READ ON FOR MORE ON THAT LATER. The tiling was good at least. They should never have quoted for decorating as that was terrible and we had to have that done separately after they finished in the end. Really pleased with the bathroom. Very professional fitting and service.
From the day we called into the showroom, to the last day of installation we have found them very helpful and professional. The installation team including the tiler were very knowledgeable, polite and kept it as tidy as possible. We had a couple of little snags but these were resolved quickly and without fuss.
