While I give H2O 5 stars for the quality and variety of their products, I can only give 1 star for the service provided in the showroom by Fiona, so I averaged my rating to 3. The problems started when I decided to change the 3 lights in the bathroom vanity mirror I bought a few months prior from H2O from warm to cool. I couldn't find the replacement lights myself, so I contacted the manufacturer. They wouldn't deal directly with me, only through retailers like H2O. just left the parts department. the guy behind the counter is a real jerk. before i could open my mouth he told me to stop waisting my time in joining for a part i’d showed. the issues was i wasn’t looking for the whole part just a washer that had disintegrated over time. the last thing this guy should be doing is handling customer service. but by the use of the english language i shouldn’t have expected anything intelligent to come out of his mouth. so to quote this clown. don’t waste your time going here.
Fiona at H2O is a gem! She is incredibly knowledgeable and forthright in her opinions. I bought and renovated a 1350 square foot condo. I had to plan and purchase everything for two bathrooms and my kitchen (among other things.) Together, over 6 months, she assisted me.
