H2O is a stellar location for good quality bath and kitchen supplies. We worked with Fiona for a FAST turn around order of a Zitta branded shower door coming from Quebec. In truth, we had previously ordered from another reseller who absolutely dropped the ball delaying our renovation by 4 weeks. After cancelling with the other vendor, Fiona and H2O were able to get us the same product from the same vendor within 5 days. When asking about one product, which you don’t carry, don’t try to change the sales pitch to suit your stock. When a customer requests something, don’t try to convince the customer that they don’t need or want what they are askkng for, and DON’T make them feel uncomfortable or awkward making a request. Your sales people on Kipling Ave. have some lessons to learn when it comes to sales. We’ll go elsewhere… thanks anyway.
