Very disrespectful people, they yell at you as soon as you pick up the phone and constantly interrupt you when you’re trying to explain your issue
We were impressed with New York Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. level of service. The technician was friendly, explained everything clearly, and fixed the issue fast. He even followed up to make sure everything was working. Great customer service and very fair pricing. Would definitely recommend.
