Extrêmement choquée et déçue du manque de professionnalisme! Nous avions réservé un bateau pour 1h et payé en ligne. Nous sommes arrivés 15min après l'heure de début (volontairement car nous avions un bébé qui n'aurait pas supporté plus que 45min sur l'eau). On nous a indiqué que le bateau avait été reloué à quelqu'un d'autre... alors que nous avions déjà payé cette heure...
