We started working with Matt and H2NO a couple of years ago. H2NO set up a WIFI monitoring system for our holding tank that has performed extremely well. Recently, after heavy rains in our area we had ground water seep into our finished basement. We reached out to Matt and he arrived at our house that afternoon with his team to start the mitigation process. They were fantastic to work with, professional, responsive, and quality workmanship at a fair price.
Andy & Vic were experts in the clean up. Funny and professional. They really had quality work. They came out same day and started the work same day.
Brett and his crew showed up quickly and got to work. They assessed the situation and knew exactly what needed to be done. Their professionalism and the way they carried themselves turned a stressful situation into something completely different. Hope. I will never be able to thank them enough for everything they did, and continue to do to solve my basement problems. Highly recommend.
Brett and his team were all great! Very open about timeline and broke down the process every step of the way. They all went above and beyond throughout the entire process and would love to work with them again!
