Came out immediately but there was no integrity or honesty in the quote. They quoted us $450 and when I said I wasn't going to pay that, the tech said he had to check in with his company to see If he could charge less. Then told me that he could to it for $370. I said I'd pay his service fee but did not want him to do anything else. Then he quoted me $50 + $20- REALLY?!? From $450 to $70!! I called them at 8 a.m. and the person who answered was obviously still in bed. I told him about the necessity of having someone come and look/fix my garage door. The person who answered took my info and said he would be here from 1 to 3 pm. No calls, no service. I called them twice and no answer. Obviously a very untrustworthy business. CAUTION!!

I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day between 2pm-4pm. I called them at 3:45 asking what was going on. They lady on the phone said she would call them and see what was going on. They never called me back and never showed up. I'd give them a zero if I could, very disrespectful.

Called and scheduled a next day appointment. I was told the tech would arrive between 2pm-4pm and would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. At 3:50pm on appointment day I called to ask the ETA. I was told she would contact her tech and call me back. I never received a call back and no tech ever showed up. I believe this company is no longer owned by Glen as his service and communication was great, but no longer! Definitely Do Not Recommend!

They are extremehg professional, on time and knowledgable. They fixed my garage door in no time. I highly recommend them.
