Can't recommend more. Good people, good family, good business. They were scheduled to come in Monday morning and they did for sprinkler winterization. They were able to clear out what they could, I paid them, and they left. A few hours later they called me and said they want to come back another day free of charge. It snowed Sunday night and the ground was frosty so they wanted to come back and make sure all the zones were cleared. Absolutely horrible customer service. I called Jim two years ago to come service my residential condo and he never once said he only did businesses and condos. He came for two years and no problems and appreciated his service. I called him this year to set up my normal winterizing service and he said to call the beginning of October to set it up.
