Absolutely horrible customer service. I called Jim two years ago to come service my residential condo and he never once said he only did businesses and condos. He came for two years and no problems and appreciated his service. I called him this year to set up my normal winterizing service and he said to call the beginning of October to set it up. I’ve had H2FLOW out to my house twice to repair my sprinkler. Jim is very responsive and professional. They came out within 24 hours and made the repairs for a very affordable price. H2FLOW is my go to company for sprinkler repair. I would HIGHLY recommend them for all of your irrigation needs. Thank you Jim!
We are so happy with our experience with h2Flo! We were so worried that the previous owners of our house had destroyed our system. They were very honest and helpful in fixing our system. We will definitely continue working with them for future care of system. They were so personable and great with our kids too, which was an added bonus!
