This was my first experience with this company. Previously I’ve used random other companies when organizing our yearly tubbing trip for 40 friends. Initial inquiry phone call with Todd he was; professional, kind, funny and thorough. His mannerisms never wavered though our numerous communications from initial inquiry to bus ride drop off after our tubbing event. The customer service here is so outstanding. They were accommodating when we didn’t have everyone show up & the staff made sure we had a great time. Our tubing trip was about 4.5 hours and we only had to wait a few minutes to be bussed back - they even dropped us off directly at our cars!

We had such an amazing time for my friends Bachelorette party! Todd was so communicative and an all around great guy. The staff was very helpful and so accommodating! We will definitely be back!
