Excellent service from the staff who welcomed and guided us. They cleaned the windows and scrubbed the dirtiest areas before the car entered the wash.Free vacuum service. However, the machines are a bit abrasive, and we noticed some scratches on our car’s paint.
I had a great experience. I was concerned that the rails of the machine would scrape my rims. They did not. The prewash helped get all the bugs off. Most of all, the presented membership plan was a deal I could not resist.
Austin came right out and assisted me and checked on me 3 times! Great customer service, have used them from the beginning.
Always clean and helpful at the wash. The wash has also been upgraded in equipment, and I must say it is the best I’ve experienced in the community so far. The staff is on point.
