Emp are great but the gate on the membership side is 1 out of 10 times it works. At first yall were new working out the bugs now i only go out of convience. If another carwash opened up with the same convience i would switch.
The pay kiosk is so far away that you have to open your door to use it. But in the process of trying to get close, I scraped the wheel of my 1 week old new car on the curb. Lots of black marks and scrape marks, so I am not the first. On the other side(passenger side) there is a plastic yellow guard. My guess is that the drivers side one got knocked off and was just never replaced. Just a case of not caring from management.
TERRIBLE, Although normally a pleasant experience cleaning the car. The staff continues to turn the brushes off and therefore the hood, windshield and top of my car hasn't been getting cleaned. My husband drove through a second time, was told that the top brushes were on, BUT THEY WERE STILL NOT TURNED ON. PEOPLE BE CONSCIOUS of getting what you pay for or getting taken for your money. Good quality car wash; absolutely inferior payment system. Has failed on me multiple times; causing delays - especially when they’re busy. I won’t be back and I don’t recommend this place.
Had accidentally let my subscription continue for 3 months. Called and spoke to a very nice guy who was able to see the note in system and refund me for all 3 months. Very professional and I use their wash whenever I’m in town! Dog wash is an added bonus!
