Bought a membership and did not use it a lot so I cancelled at the end of August. Was charged in September so I called and told them I needed a refund. Didn’t get it and they charged me again for October. Called and got the run around - they never called back. My credit card company is going to reverse the charges. Not a reputable business!
My cars battery died while in the vacuums 30 minutes before closing. Kayden was super helpful with helping me push my car and jumping it off, all while trying to close for the day and train a guy on his first day. Great kid.
Terrible wash, I have experienced poor washes, paint damage, and rude interactions with customers. The management is poor and is extremely difficult to deal with, and has no regard for their customers or employees. Extremely dissapointed.
