Great experience working with Jenny and Jerry on our sunroom and carport build. The team were very open to our customisations and made great suggestions on what would work with our existing area. H2 took care of all the council submissions and made the process very easy for us. I would definitely use H2 in the future!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. When H2Patio first assessed my project, I was quoted approximately $100,000 for the extension and patio works. We also agreed on the CDC process, where I would pay around $3,000 upfront and a further $3,000 once the CDC was approved. After that, construction payments would begin according to the contract.
