This is a *LONG* overdue review. I’ve been going to H2 for a year (as of August 2, 2019) and can not be happier or more motivated to keep returning. From day one Heather has been nothing but patient, knowledgeable, understanding, kind and strong in how she leads herself, her classes and her one on ones. Update: My wife and I are still working out with Heather (H2) 2 years later. It's a part of our lives now and we both love it. I will be honest, the workouts can be tough and for me personally, i wouldn't have it any other way. Heather still keeping it interesting and fun. Feeling like a blob?
