Hi Nick, We would like to express our appreciation for all that you and your company did for us. When Dad was admitted to the nursing home we had no idea how we were going to dispose of Dad’s reverse mortgaged house. We made many attempts to contact HUD to have them take or foreclose the house. They never returned our phone calls. We even tried to sell the house but it needed to much work to be done to make it sellable. I would recommend H2 assets for anyone who was trying to figure out what to do with HUD property. Our moms house was in need of much work and in a reverse mortgage. We worked with Mason. He was awesome. Did all the work was honest and forth coming. He took care of everything. I highly recommend this business.
