After being approach by a number of realtors to sell my family house, we were not able to get much beyond the first call. H2 Asset Solutions was the first to stick by us, handle a substantial problem (we did not have a copy of the Revocable Trust on hand) and then, ultimately see the problem resolved through a "short sale," which the others mentioned as a goal, but weren't able to pull off. We were ready to hand the keys over to HUD after our mom passed away and left behind a home with a reverse mortgage that was completely underwater. Then we found H2 Asset Solutions. I can't say enough about H2 Asset Solution Inc. To anyone who has a home and feel stuck with a reverse Mortgage their is help Nick Hanney held my hand and walked me though the process was smooth and easy ! Now 2 mouths it's sold and I have a peace of mind. Thank you Nick and your team I look forward to seeing our old home into new.
