I took 4 pairs of luxe sneakers to them to clean. They did an amazing job…staff is patient & friendly in regards to what you want for your shoes.
Horrible service, had my kicks for a month or two to just destroy my sneakers then tell me it was my fault they ruined it, hope there business goes under with how unprofessional they are. If you don’t know how to do something say it don’t ruin expensive shoes. Had my shoes for 2 months and again, after their mistake I asked for a refund and instead of issuing it they asked me to pay more to fix their mistake, unbelievable. Thought I would support a fellow black owned business but with how poor service is and how unprofession... read more
