Recently had a new Lennox Furnace and Air Conditioner installed. Nick in sales did a great job of clearly laying out the options. He was knowledgeable in answering any questions and quotes were competitive. The installation went smoothly; the three who arrived (Kevin, Colin, Tanner), were knowledgeable and professional with careful attention to detail. This is our second home where we have used Richmond for our heating and AC. They are a company that knows what they are doing. The installation team, Kevin, Dylan and Tanner were very professional and left the area clean and tidy. The furnace install is pristine. They were helpful and explained everything they did. I would highly recommend Richmond for your heating and air conditioning needs.
I had a great experience speaking with Nick at Richmond Heating. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. His quote was competitive, and Nick even followed up with an email giving me some extra info about future-proofing for a heat pump which I really appreciated. We have had Richmond heating and air do a couple of jobs around our home and business. We are so grateful for the excellent work they do, and the reasonable rates. We had a furnace and A/C unit installed by Colin and Kevin today. The work was done quickly and with excellent precision.
