Good experience, answered questions. Listened to concerns, and made every effort to remedy my problem of a lost hearing aid that worked well for me.
Everyone was friendly, made me feel welcome. Brian was knowledgable about hearing issues and testing. He took his time and answered questions. The process was easy. I decided to go home and think about purchasing hearing aids at this time as I am going to have to pay for dentures and teeth extractions next month. They were okay with that. I believe he said they would keep the information for 60 days. They do have access to affordable financing depending on your credit score.
