My left aid wasn't working , stopped by Beltone in Parkersburg Wv .. the lady” can’t remember her name “ there today was very professional and took care of my problem with a smile . Genuinely concerned with helping me , so for her 5 .

I can’t say enough how wonderful those two girls were. They were absolutely amazing. They made a 93-year-old man’s day out a good one very professional, but also felt like family.
I am very satisfied with the service I received at Beltone. The receptionist is great in fixing some problems and knows when to seek other help. The Beltone representative has been very helpful with adjusting and fixing my hearing aids to meet my needs.
