Hearing aid has been having some problems the last few days and not working, I had an emergency appointment this morning and it was fixed within 2 minutes of being there! Thanks beltone
Everything was great and staff was great
This facility is very professional and yet makes you feel very comfortable. My test went smoth he explained everything will go back. The only thing that bothered me was the selling of the hearing aids I needed he started by putting the most expensive in my ear , without telling me a price. I assumed he was fitting me for what my insurances would pay. After realizing they were gonna cost me 10 grand out of pocket. And not realizing I had other options we submitted a credit request, well I did not qualify for that much of a lo... read more

Megan was wonderful. Took plenty of time to listen to my concerns. She was wonderful in assisting with my new Envision hearing aids. She is so sweet and very helpful. Would highly recommend her to anyone with hearing concerns.
