Worst customer service ever.
had a deer T bone the driver side of my 2013 Tacoma. H&V did a great job on fixing it.. looks like new.. so glade to get it back. work they did and customer service was great with them...

My first experience was great So we went back to get my wife's car fixed this time customer service was horrible. she was never updated as promised about her car. Only info she got is when she called and asked, She declined the rental car but was told to take it because it was no cost to us. Was also told that our insurance would cover all so extra insurance was added. After numerous run arounds with them , the rental car place, and persons insurance who hit our car, I finally only gotten part of our deposit money back for t... read more
