Originally I just went in for a wheel alignment but this shop was so attentive they suggested I also get my damaged repaired there. Not only was I greatly satisfied with the work done but they had excellent customer service, car was repaired on time, whatever extra things they said they would do they actually did (replaced license plate bracket which was rested allowing lights to fall out and install new tire rods) they even went above and beyond to replace undershroud plastic and front engine splash shield which without me ... read more
I brought my Lexus to H&V after a rear-end collision, and Junior took exceptional care of everything. He handled the insurance agents quickly and was transparent about where he sourced the parts. He also made sure I was comfortable in my rental vehicle throughout the process. Ultimately, he brought my car back to life after the accident. Junior is not very transparent when it comes to providing customers with their receipts after the job has been completed. It’s like he’s trying to hide something. Initially he agreed to Buff the Whole car just to get the Job, giving me all types of reasons to choose his shop. When I picked up my car from his shop, it was the Total opposite, everything he said he was going to do hasn’t been done. I had to bring my car back to at least get the job closer to my liking.
